How to become a member
Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of Delhi Neurological Association
Step 1: Fill the membership form given below. Please keep the following things ready-
1. Your Photograph (JPG / JPEG / PNG up to 2 MB only)2. Highest Qualification Certificate. (JPG / JPEG / PNG / PDF up to 2 MB only)
3. For associate members a letter from Program Director stating start and end of training is required. (JPG / JPEG / PNG / PDF up to 2 MB only)
* Once the form is filled with all the details please check whether you have entered all details correctly before submission. Click the "submit" button to finish the process.
Step 2: Submission of application will redirect you to a payment gateway site. Please do not refresh the page. Transaction may take a few moments to process, and you should not interrupt the process by navigating away from the page.
Step 3: Completion of the above process will trigger an email acknowledging your application. This may take some time. Please also check your "Spam" or "Junk" folder(s). If you do not receive an email within a day or two, please contact our digital team at digitalhealth@cmplin.com

Membership Fees
Associate Members: Rs. 1,000/- (for 3 years)
1. An Associate Member can convert to life member after the payment of the balance amount (the membership fee for life member within the same year). In case he opts to convert after that financial year, he has to pay the life membership fee + any other due.
2. In future members would be admitted only as life members.
Life Members: Admission Fees Rs.4,000/-
1. General body on recommendation of the Executive body reserves the right to revise the subscription rates from time to time.

₹4,000/- (If a person pays the Life Membership fee at the time of becoming an Associate Member, their membership will be converted to Life Membership after submission of their DM/MCh/DNB/MD (for allied) degree certificate) |
(If any person pays the amount for life membership at the time of becoming an associate member then after submission of his/her DM/MCh/DNB/MD (for allied) degree copy, his/her membership status will be converted to life member
